At Bambini Nursery, we couldn’t value our staff more. After all, what is a children’s nursery without its team of skilled early years practitioners?
Our success depends on our great mix of older, experienced practitioners (many are parents themselves) and enthusiastic younger staff. We are a team with each of our families and we really care about each and every child and we love our work.
We deliver in-house training to all our Bambini Nursery practitioners and staff in first aid, safeguarding, food hygiene, play skills and many other essential areas to childcare practice. We believe that every child deserves knowledgeable and skilled childcare practitioners and staff to care for them. That is why we are always learning, alongside the children!
