Showaround

At Bambini, we would love to welcome you to our nursery with a ‘showaround’ or personalised tour. It will give you a chance to see the nursery in action, really get a feel for what we do and help you in deciding if your child would like Bambini to be their home from home. You will visit all the rooms, see our lovely garden and park and meet some of our team. And you will be able to ask as many questions as you wish.

Once you have decided that you would like your child to join either our Full Day Care or Full Day Care Term Time Only (Teacher Only), the next step is to join our Waiting List.

Waiting List

• Children must be at least 3 months old to join Bambini Nursery.
• The Waiting List is operated on a first come, first served basis.
• We cannot guarantee your child a place at the time of joining the Waiting List but we will keep you informed nearer to the time that you would like your child to start.
• We ask for a minimum commitment of at least two days per week per child.
• If you require specific attendance days, your child will need to wait until those days are available. If you are flexible, we may be able to offer your child a place sooner than those with particular requirements.
• We ask you to pay a £60 deposit at the time of joining the Waiting List. This fee is to secure a place on the Waiting List only.

Starting at Bambini Nursery

• If a place becomes available that suits your needs, we will contact you.
• You will be given a copy of our Terms and Conditions to read and keep
• Please then pay our deposit of £150. As long as all our Terms and Conditions are met, this £150 will be returned to you when your child leaves Bambini Nursery.

Fees

Our fees include; Lunch, high tea, snack (am & pm), nappies, wipes and full fat cow’s milk for under 2 years old (for breakfast and milk feeds)i and semi-skimmed milk for over 2 years old.

Please note; Currently breakfast is NOT included in our fees. Parents / carers can provide their own breakfast for their child, such as breakfast cereals (which can be kept at nursery) or you can provide a warm breakfast.

Save money on childcare at Bambini

Discounts and offers

• Sibling Discount:  We offer parents/carers a 10% sibling discount on the younger child when two or more siblings attend together.
• NHS Staff:   We offer a 10% discount to all parents/carers who work within the NHS. We will require proof of employment.
• School Staff:   We offer all school staff, who work in maintained and independent schools, the option of having Full Day Care, term time only from 8.00am to 6.00pm. This is only available to school staff and we will require proof of employment.

Childcare Vouchers

Childcare Vouchers is a scheme some employers offer to help working parents save on registered childcare costs. Bambini Nursery accepts all childcare vouchers as part or full payment of your child’s nursery fees. Please contact us to discuss this.

Tax credits

Your family may be eligible for financial benefits from the government. Please see relevant government websites for details.

Funded Early Education

Bambini Nursery is registered with Surrey County Council to offer funded early education. At the beginning of each funded period (term), you will need to complete and sign the Parental Declaration Form to confirm that funded entitlement can claimed on your behalf, with relevant copies of identification such as birth certificate OR passport.

Funding is ONLY available for 38 weeks, therefore  for Full Day Care children this funding will be stretched across the 51 weeks of the year Bambini is open for easy invoicing.

For children attending Full Day Care, Term Time Only, funding will be applied to the 38 weeks the child is at Bambini.

When will my child eligible for funding?

A child is eligible for Free Education from Surrey Early Year from the term AFTER they are 9 months old. For example, a child born in October will be eligible for funding from January, which will be from the Spring Term.
